| NEWS Halliburton joins Australian firm in search for oil in Papua New Guinea

SYDNEY, May 25 (Summary of theage.com.au Article) - Australian oil firm, Oil Search, entered into a strategic alliance with Halliburton to boost the Sydney company's operations in Papua New Guinea (PNG). Halliburton will provide oilfield support, development planning, engineering, construction and production and maintenance support. Oil Search owns 70 percent of the oil reserves in PNG and more than 50 percent of gas reserves in the Highlands Gas Project.
